Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing your order as soon as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation WhatsApp message or email once your purchase is completed.

After your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. The total delivery time includes both order processing and shipping time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Arthat is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We will attempt to update the address before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be eligible for a free replacement or reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Arthat takes great care in packaging and preparing your order for shipment. However, once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check around your delivery location (mailbox, front door, porch, etc.)

  2. Ask neighbors or building management if the package was received on your behalf

  3. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early

  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

No Return Policy

Arthat maintains a strict No Return Policy for all Testosterone Booster Capsule orders.

Due to the nature of our product being a dietary supplement, we are unable to accept returned products once they have been delivered.
